Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.83%
Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods , Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.83%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE: AMBUb ), which rose 2.86% or 3.90 points to trade at 138.70 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE: MAERSKb ) added 2.72% or 320.00 points to end at 12,100.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE: MAERSKa ) was up 2.42% or 280.00 points to 11,860.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE: PNDORA ), which fell 4.43% or 58.50 points to trade at 1,261.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE: NOVOb ) declined 1.50% or 8.50 points to end at 557.50 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE: VWS ) was down 1.17% or 1.20 points to 99.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 65 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.73% or 0.52 to $70.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.36% or 0.27 to hit $74.75 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 1.26% or 37.01 to trade at $2,908.39 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.36% to 7.10, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.62% at 106.55.
